All participants designed their own Arduino project.
In this two day intensive workshop we learnt the basic possibilities of the Arduino board, how to connect other hardware to it and the basic programming skills needed for building your own Arduino application.

Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hard- and software, intended for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments.
"My name is Onyx Ashanti. I have been a Professional musician/artist for almost 20 years. I play the WX5 wind midi controller, a sort of keyboard for sax players that allowed me to play synthesizers using the techniques i learned as a sax player. the expressiveness of human lip and breath movements combined with the precision of the sensors built into this instrument, nurtured by a sincere desire to convey human emotions with technology, result in a unique stylistic signature that is equal parts analog and digital."
